Systems Administrator
The Systems Administrator will be primarily responsible for maintaining the integrity and security of, and ensuring the reliability of, the company's servers and datastores.  Duties include: install new software releases and systems upgrades;  evaluate and install patches and resolve software related problems;  perform system backups and recovery; keep hardware/software maintenance and service contracts up-to-date.  Will work with IT management to analyze informational needs or problems within the organization.  This position will also, as needed: provide secondary support for workstations, network hardware/software, and telecom systems; respond to user requests for support;  analyze and troubleshoot problems to determine a cause/effect resolution.  Selected candidate will work independently in a professional environment.   Must be project oriented and have ability to communicate effectively and work well with others.  Must have a minimum of 2 years experience with systems support and proficiency with various networking, groupware, and operating systems.  Experience with Netware 6.5, Open Enterprise Server, Groupwise 7 and VMWare Virtual Center is a plus.  Bachelors or associates degree in a Computer Science or related field preferred.


Patient Financial Specialist
The PFS will be responsible for collecting from both patient and insurance, will verify patient insurance, read/explain EOB’s to patients, process refunds/adjustments, and will resubmit claims and secure reimbursements.  Must have a minimum of 10 years experience in medical collections and be able to multi-task.  Must have extensive knowledge of CPT and ICD-9 coding.


Medical Tech  (Andrology/Hormone Lab)
The Med Tech will work in the Andrology Lab and cross train for the Hormone Lab, will process samples for inseminations and testing, keep up with laboratory, quality control, proficiency testing, quality assurance program.
Experience in Andrology and the Bayer Centaur a plus. We are willing to train.
Bachelor’s or Associates Degree in a chemical or biological science required.


Medical Tech – Med Lab Tech - (General Lab)
The MT or MLT will analyze results to medical staff to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of the patient.  Experience in Hematology, Blood Bank, Chemistry and Microbiology is preferred.  Registered ASCP or ASCP eligible is preferred for MT.  Associate degree from an accredited program required for MLT.
